A tiny chili forest

Tiny red rasboras in a quiet, densely planted miniature landscape.

LAYOUT CONCEPT

Build the scene

Layer fine-leaved plants and moss around delicate branches. Keep some open water across the front, and diffuse the filter output. The miniature scale works best with small-leaved plants rather than a few large decorations.

The starting plan

60 × 30 × 30 cm · 54 L gross

Target 26 °C · pH 6.3 · heavy planting

  • 12 × Chili rasboraBoraras brigittae

Transfers dimensions, water targets and these exact fish quantities. Choose your actual filter, plants and decor in the tools. Cycling and water tests start as unknown.

Before you buy

  • These tiny fish need appropriately small foods; check that every fish is feeding.
  • Use a mature, stable aquarium with suitable soft water. Small volumes can change quickly.
  • Protect the filter intake and avoid boisterous tankmates. This design keeps the tank species-only.

Stable, suitable water matters more than chasing an exact pH. Check the species library for ranges and local restrictions. Use the tracker to record cycle progress.
