Affiliate and sponsorship disclosure

If you buy something after following a link labelled “affiliate” or “commercial,” FishTankr may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We also mark these links for search engines as sponsored.

The shops directory is free. No shop pays to be listed, and no shop can pay to rank higher. We list independently owned shops only, not chains or franchise pet superstores. A listing is not an endorsement of a shop, its stock or its animal-care practices.

Links that search a shop's website are plain links. We earn nothing from them and we do not track what you buy.

Payments never change welfare scores or species needs. We label paid relationships near the relevant link and correct misleading listing information when we can verify a report.
